The Literary Translators’ Association of Canada (LTAC) invites applications for the 33rd John Glassco Literary Translation Prize. The work submitted must be the translator’s first book-length translation published by a recognized publishing house. The book must have been published between July 1, 2015, and June 30, 2017. The closing date for submission is Monday, July 10, 2017. The prize will be awarded on October 1, 2017, in Montreal. The prize consists of a cheque for $1,000 and one year LTAC membership.
