About / Bio
Simon Brown (1979) is a poet, translator and artist from southwestern New Brunswick (traditional territory of the Peskotomuhkati Nation). His collections and artist’s books have been published in Québec, Canada and France by Vanloo, Moult, Le laps, squint press, Paper Pusher and Frog Hollow. He is currently translating the complete works of Québec poet Huguette Gaulin, the first installation of which will appear in Arc Poetry (Ottawa) in 2020.
