About / Bio

Myriam Legault-Beauregard holds a bachelor’s degree in translation and writing, as well as a master’s degree in language studies. She has worked for several years as a professional translator in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. She is currently writing her doctoral dissertation at the University of Ottawa. Her translations and own creations can be found in various magazines, and her first booklength translation was a finalist for the John-Glassco Prize in 2024.
