This year’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on Sunday September 11, 2022 at 1pm EST. The meeting will take place virtually on Zoom for (we hope) the final time.
Log in and registration details will be sent to members in early September.
Aimee Wall has expressed her intention to step down from her role as treasurer halfway through her 2 year term. Therefore the position of treasurer is up for election for a 1 year term.
Bilal Hashmi will run for re-election as president. Anyone interested in running for president should notify the EC ahead of the AGM.
All members are welcome to attend, but only full members have voting privileges. According to the LTAC bylaws, members must have been in good standing for the previous membership cycle (in this case 2021-2022) by April 30, 2022 in order to be able to vote at the following AGM.
