Suzanne Mineau was a steadfast member of the Association for many years, regularly driving to Montreal from Sutton for meetings and events. She studied literature at the Université de Montréal and translation at the University of Ottawa. Among other writers, Suzanne translated Stephen Leacock and Jane Jacobs. She worked with Ray Ellenwood to edit a collection of stories by Joyce Marshall translated by various LTAC members, entitled Blood and Bone, En chair et en os (Oakville, ON: Mosaic Press, 1995).
