Honorary Members

An important consideration for someone being named an Honorary Member, is their contribution to literary translation as a community of people who belong to the LTAC. The members on the list below, quite aside from their own achievements as literary translators, were recognized for the enormous contribution, volunteering time and effort to our Association, by serving on its Executive, doing advocacy for literary translation in Canada, advancing the art of literary translation on behalf of all literary translators, by serving on boards, on juries, by letter-writing, and so forth. We are grateful.
