The LTAC Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 29, from 1 to 4 p.m., in room LB-619 at Concordia University (1400 de Maisonneuve Blvd. West, Montreal, Guy-Concordia metro) and on Zoom.

This year, our AGM will be held in a hybrid format: in person and by videoconference. 

If you plan to attend the AGM in person in Montreal, we kindly ask you to confirm your attendance before October 25 via email at info@attlc-ltac.org.

For those who will be attending the AGM virtually, a link to the Zoom meeting will be provided, along with a link to the agenda, annual reports and other relevant documentation.

Please note that the following positions are to be filled: 

  • Presidency (Nicolas Calvé and Arianne Des Rochers intend to run for a first term as co-presidents; 2023-2024 or 2023-2026; to be decided)

  • Vice-President, Atlantic Provinces (Arianne Des Rochers will seek re-election; 2023-2025)

  • Vice-President, Province of Quebec (Catherine Ego will seek re-election; 2023-2025)

  • Vice-President, Province of Ontario (2023-2024 or 2023-2026; to be decided)

  • Vice-President, Western Provinces (2023-2025)

  • Treasurer (Elaine Kennedy will seek re-election; 2023-2025)

  • Membership Secretary (Nicolas Calvé will seek re-election; 2023-2025)

  • Reporting Secretary (2023-2025)

For each of the positions to be filled on the Board of Directors, all full members attending the meeting may present their candidacy up to the time of the vote.

All members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, but only full members may vote.
